We have dealt with the parental complaints (at all levels); staffing restructures; suspensions and exclusions; and independent review panels. You name it, we’ve been there too.
Recent, Hands-on Leadership Experience
Our directors have very recent experience as successful headteachers, including navigating Ofsted inspections as recently as September 2023. This gives us current, practical insights that many consultants may lack.
